Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for a graphic designer. Responsibilities include producing graphic design materials for reports, presentations, infographics, and other marketing collateral; providing photo touch-ups; and maintaining brand standards and image.
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling seven years. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in graphic design plus three years of relevant experience; associate degree in graphic design plus five years of relevant experience; no degree plus seven years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: understanding of graphic principles, layout, and design; experience working on design projects such as infographics, report graphics, ads, brochures, and presentations; experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with SketchUp, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS software; experience translating complex subject matter into informative visuals. Experience at a planning, architectural or engineering firm is also considered a plus.
