Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position open for a project manager to join our transportation team. This position could be based in our Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina offices. Responsibilities include serving as the project manager on turn-key projects; maintaining budgets, scopes, and schedules; leading roadway design tasks from preliminary to final design; developing and reviewing plan sets, quantity estimates and reports; leading proposals, scopes of work and fee estimates; performing QA/QC tasks; and mentoring project staff. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: NCDOT policies and procedures as related to project delivery; project management including scheduling, establishing budgets, preparing invoices, and client relations; broad transportation engineering projects across multiple disciplines; Microstation and GEOPAK; design build projects; corridor modeling and/or ORD.
