Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a civil/environmental engineer/project manager in our Port Orange (Daytona Beach area) or Tampa, FL office.
Responsibilities include coordinating client contact for municipal and county government projects; managing civil/environmental engineering water and wastewater projects; preparing reports, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits; performing technical design tasks and oversight; drafting proposals with scope and pricing; reviewing client billings; and occasionally serving as an on-site project representative during construction. Other responsibilities include business development, client retention and mentoring of less experienced staff. Travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: management and design of civil/environmental engineering water and wastewater projects; Florida PE; client management experience including municipal and county governments; management of project scope, schedule and budget; proposal development.
