Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position open for a civil engineer. This position could be based in our Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Responsibilities include designing water distribution and wastewater collection systems; coordinating utility relocations; preparing reports, cost estimates, calculations, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits; performing technical design tasks and oversight; occasionally serving as an on-site project representative during construction. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Microstation; water/wastewater design projects; SCDOT/NCDOT utility coordination and relocation projects. The ideal candidate will also have a South Carolina or North Carolina PE license.
