Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for an experienced marketing coordinator.
Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, including content; driving the proposal development process; leading proposal kickoff meetings; strategizing to create marketing plans; identifying key publications and award submissions for group; developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s); leading interview preparation; offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits; coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports; organizing client events; attending tradeshows and conferences; and managing client feedback and satisfaction surveys. Travel may be required.
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in business administration, journalism, english, communication, marketing, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience; associate degree in business administration, journalism, english, communication, marketing, or related discipline plus 6 years of experience; no degree plus 8 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: working at an architecture, engineering or construction firm; leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs); Adobe InDesign; Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
