Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting position available for an entry-level civil engineer to work in our water resources department. Responsibilities include assisting with the analysis and design of dams, hydropower facilities, water conveyance systems, and other civil engineering projects; construction document development; construction administration; and report writing. Some travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering, or the ability to obtain the degree within nine months of hire date.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: structural or geotechnical coursework; open channel hydraulics coursework; civil engineering internship; AutoCAD Civil 3D; construction administration. The ideal candidate will have also passed the FE exam.
