Responsibilities include: leading project teams and engineering design for water and wastewater treatment, disposal, and collection/distribution projects for public utility systems; managing project budgets and schedules; preparing cost proposals and scope of work; participating in strategic and operational marketing activities; and client management. Travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: designing wastewater treatment facilities; designing/evaluating wastewater collection systems; water and wastewater treatment facility operation; managing project budgets and schedules; working directly with clients, including marketing to obtain future work; professional license in Florida; proposal development; mentoring less experienced staff.
