Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting position available for a water resources engineer. 


Responsibilities include designing civil engineering projects with an emphasis on water resources; analyzing watersheds, stream hydraulics, floodplain modeling, green infrastructure, and storm water systems; assisting design teams with project needs. Some travel will be required.


The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related field AND at least two years of relevant work experience.


The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: analyzing watersheds, stream hydraulics, green infrastructure, and/or floodplain modeling; HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, HSPF-based software, or similar hydrology and hydraulic software programs; GIS and CAD for design analysis and project reporting; working on water resources projects; MS Office.
